Shane Lucas, CEO of LDR, first discovered his passion for disaster recovery as the Production Manager for the recovery effort that followed Hurricane Rita in southeast Texas. During the disaster recovery efforts that followed subsequent hurricanes Ike, Dolly, and Gustav, Mr. Lucas gained additional experience with the evolving CDBG-DR requirements.
